Waitrose Weekend

Waitrose Weekend is one of the most successful brand publications in the UK. Launched in March 2010 as the first free newspaper published by a retailer, it has a weekly print run of over 400,000 copies and is available in Waitrose’s 286 branches.

In 2022 the world renowned branding agency Pentagram created a new design intent for the Waitrose and John Lewis Partnership, I was part of a small team responsible for redesigning the paper ensuring the look and feel aligned to the brand’s other touch points. 

A year later we were awarded ‘Highly Commended’ for the Best Internal Rebrand / Brand Development at the Inside Out Awards for in house creative teams.
